Where To Fish
This is our upper most stretch of the river Waveney. Best fished after October as fish migrate to the area. A surprise noted tench area with Wilby senior  taking 9 fish in a session in late 1997, with fish from 2lb to 5lb. The depth is all less than 4ft and it is also a good piking area. There is NO PARKING by the new bridge. Parking is near the old bridge just of the A143 when
heading towards Harleston with a short walk upstream. Parking anywhere else could lose us the water, rented from the Highways Agency- and your Club Card suspended.
